LGV, PCV, Fork Lift and Plant Operator training for individuals and companies

Murray Fiddes Training was established in 1982 to instruct drivers requiring a Heavy Goods Vehicle licence and to give training to Fork Lift operators. Murray Fiddes had for many years driven these vehicles, but realising that there was an increasing need for specialised training because of a rapidly changing transport industry and its associated regulations, decided to set up his own instruction company.

M.F.T. now employs two full time and two part time approved instructors who carry out LGV, PCV, Fork Lift and Plant Operator training for individuals and companies. Although based in Inverness, M.F.T. operate throughout the Highlands and Islands region. One of the major changes in the Industry has been the upsizing of goods vehicles and a related change to the structure of driver licence classes and our courses cater for these varying categories.
